I’m always looking for a great Mediterranean dish that is easy and delicious. I love these meatballs because you can make a bunch and freeze them. They are great in a lot of different dishes. I added them here with a yogurt sauce, pickled onions and pita.
Ingredients
Ingredients-
- 1 Pound of Ground Turkey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 Cups of Spinach
- 1/2 Cup parsley
- 1/4 Cup of Mint
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Cup of Greek Feta
- 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon of onion powder
Directions-
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Mix into small size balls and places on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little bit of Olive Oil on top and bake for 30mins.
