These Greek Turkey Meatballs are so simple and easy to make. I love this taste in the summer and honestly all year round. I paired it with yogurt sauce, pickled onions and pita.

I’m always looking for a great Mediterranean dish that is easy and delicious. I love these meatballs because you can make a bunch and freeze them. They are great in a lot of different dishes. I added them here with a yogurt sauce, pickled onions and pita.

Ingredients

Ingredients-
  • 1 Pound of Ground Turkey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup parsley
  • 1/4 Cup of Mint
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Greek Feta
  • 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of onion powder
Directions-
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Mix into small size balls and places on a baking sheet. Drizzle a little bit of Olive Oil on top and bake for 30mins.
